Depending on our customer's preferences we generate a custom annual maintenance calendar. The makeup of work items include annual, seasonal, periodic, repeat and one off items.
The great thing about this model is that our commercial clients can predict and plan for expenses. Our residential clients can select one off items as needed rather than ordering services they might not need.
Annual items can include things like Tree Maintenance/Preservation or modifications to water drainage issues to existing land features. These should not be confused with items like Newly Designed and Installed services such as Irrigation, Rest Areas and Parks.
Seasonal & periodic work items: Fall, Spring & Post-storm Cleanup, Mulch & Flower Beds, Fertilizing, Seeding & Aerating, Pressure Washing, Sod Installation, Tree pruning, cutting and Headge Trimming. SNOW PLOWING is also such a big portion of our business that we can't forget that.
And of course, our repetitive maintenance: Grass cutting and edging. THese are our favorites because they keep us meeting with you on a weekly basis. Our best jobs have the strongest relationships!
